You made this bug report in 2013 and there have been several versions of
Ubuntu since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
Or, if it is still a problem, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect BUGNUMBER
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.

Hello,
Also, I have been trying to install Microsoft Windows FrontPage 2000 using
the MS CD on the Ubuntu 12.04/12.10 operating system and have been met with
terrible difficulty, especially when prompted to insert the product code, it
seems to not recognize the function at all or cannot recognize the drive in
which the CD is loaded on, what would you suggest I may be able to dfo to
alleviate this problem?
