Hello Volodya,
Thank you for submitting this bug and reporting a problem with Thunderbird.
You made this bug report in 2013 and there have been several versions of
Ubuntu and Thunderbird since then.
Could you confirm that this is no longer a problem and that we can close the
ticket?
Or, if it is still a problem, could you run the following (only once):
apport-collect BUGNUMBER
and upload the updated logs and and any other logs that are relevant for
this particular issue.
Thank you again for helping make Ubuntu and Thunderbird better.

Title:
Thunderbird fails to send later to a list
Status in thunderbird package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
To reproduce:
Create a list in the address book with several e-mails.
Go offline.
Write an e-mail to that list.
Press send later.
Go back online.
Attempt to send the post.
What happens:
Thunderbird attempts to send a name of the list to the mail server.
In my case the server rightfully rejected it, since it's not an e-mail
address.
What should happen:
Thunderbird should expand the list when a user presses "Send later"
