We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all

and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.

Redirected to chinese webpage at least once a day

This is a problem that i find weird, if the browser is struggling to
connect to a webpage it will show me a chinese one instead. It's
really confusing, mostly for the part it's not even in my own
language.
