We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to review all
reported bugs in a timely manner. You reported this bug some time ago
and there have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time.
Presumably this problem was a one time occurrence and/or is no longer an
issue? Can the bug report now be closed? If we do not hear from you the
bug report will close itself in approximately 60 days time.

screen frozen

Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox
Firefox happens to freeze for so far unknown reasons: I had four tabs
opened and had other apps running in the same display. when I wanted
to report the bug, I had started apport from the help menu of firefox.
When the tab in firefox "report a bug abount 'firefox'" should have
opened it did not. I could delete a tab and the title in the top of
firefox changed, however, the tab and its frozen contents did not
disapperar.
