Open gnome-control-center 2. Select sound settings 3. Select another panel 4. Using dconf-editor toggle com.ubuntu.sound allow-amplified-volume Expected result: Nothing happens Observed result: Errors shown on command line each time value is toggled OR gnome-control-center crashes.
