Title:
Edge-to-edge printing to an HP Deskjet D4360 leaves 1/8 margin on top
Status in HPLIP:
Triaged
Status in hplip package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: foomatic-db-hpijs
I have attempted to print a 4x6 photo using the full bleed (edge-to-
edge) gimp+lpr method described at
http://hplipopensource.com/node/325. However it leaves 1/8 inch of
empty space at the top of the page. I have noticed that in fact for
any document or image printed to this printer the printable region is
1/8 inch lower than it should be. Of course it is most pertinent when
attempting to print full bleed photos. This printer does not have
this 1/8 inch margin in windows.
I am using Ubuntu Intrepid 8.10.
