firefox freeze in memory at execution of firefox

Bug description:
try this
execute firefox
open www.bing.com
open at SECOND PANEL (not window) www.google.com
let firefox running
and shutdown or restart ubuntu
after reboot
execute in terminal ubuntu-bug firefox
confirm all dialogs and wait
FIREFOX DIDN'T START !!!
and after serval second show running proceses
and you will see that firefox is running
try open firefox by icon and you will see error, that firefox is
running !!!
now kill firefox processes
and try open firefox by icon - firefox launches ok...
and now you will see why firefox were freezed
because firefox show window with ask if you want to reundo previously opened
panels with www.bing.com and www.google.com !!!
