Title:
Screen tearing when scrolling in Chromium
Status in chromium-browser package in Ubuntu:
Expired
Bug description:
When Chromium is in maximized, very evident screen tearing is seen
when scrolling the page.
I recorded the problem on to a video which is located here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/h7egaut8lbx9wzs/Screencast%202015-08-01%2017%3A54%3A48.mp4?dl=0
This should be downloaded because dropbox probably shows the video
with worse quality in it's web player.
Notes:
* The tearing is evident when the window is maximized
* As seen in the video, when moving the window to the right, the tearing
will fade out from the Chromium window
* This leaves me to belive that the tearing is caused by some other object
that is maybe invisible on the desktop otherwise?
Info about the system:
* Ubuntu 15.04 (64 bit)
* CPU: Intel i5-3337U
I also attached the video on this page.
