Trying to print A3 from firefox results in A4 sized image on A3 paper

Bug description:
I tried to print a web page, A3 size. I selected A3 from the printer
settings box, but when the page came out there was an A4-sized image
centred horizontally on an A3 page. (Vertically, the output was at the
top of the A3 page).
I tried printing from LibreOffice on A3 and it came out full A3 as
expected.
