I expect firefox to open in a new instance and to open the profile manager. What happens instead is that some script or whatever shows a dialog window (see attached image file) telling me firefox is already running and not responding, which is partly a lie. It is running, but it is indeed responsive -- I just want to open up a new instance. My use case is misunderstood. Removing the -p switch does not change anything.
