- Guake did start.

So, it seems that it lasts one login and then disappears? Or is it the
opening of the Startup Applications that makes it disappear? I'll check.

  Startup Applications forgets changes

Status in gnome-session package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  I add a new entry and the next time I login it doesn't get launched. I
  open Startup Applications and the entry I have added is not there.
  This is consistent so far, since two consecutive upgrades: bionic ->
  cosmic -> disco.
