Title:
incorrectly asks for password on .pdf file
Status in evince package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS, evince 3.4.0, just updated it with apt-get and still
shows the problem.
Here's a file that asks for password :
https://www.fairchildsemi.com/datasheets/FO/FODM121.pdf
But, it seems a bunch of Fairchild semi files have the same problem.
Reads fine with acroread, asks for a password in evince.
apt-cache shows :
evince:

Candidate: 3.4.0-0ubuntu1.8
