Bug description:
  After installing Ubuntu Mate 18.04, on the First login it shows 2 WiFi icons 
in the top panel.
  It goes away after the reboot though.

  My Laptop: Dell XPS 13 9370 Developer Edition, 16 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD
