Bug description:
Ubuntu MATE 18.04 LTS (Japanese environment)
Turn on the power and display the login screen. Click the doll icon
(Accessibility) on the upper right of the screen with the left mouse button.
Turn on "Screen reader" and "On-screen keyboard".
I intentionally made a wrong input with the keyboard on the screen.
Turn off "on-screen keyboard".
I intentionally made a wrong input with the keyboard.
I repeat this several times.
I turned off "screen reader" and "on-screen keyboard".
I logged in.
When Ubuntu MATE Welcome is displayed, an internal error (crash) has been
reported.
Trying the same thing, there are times when it does not occur, but
sometimes it happens.
