Public bug reported:
Icons are not displayed initially when opening chromium after reboot.
Everything (reddit, youtube etc.) shows as the default icon.
This happens every reboot. The icons are not persistant.
Before changing over to snap, All website icons would show correctly
even after reboot. Default icon was only used on websites without an
icon.
Subsequent opening of the program without a reboot has the icons of the
websites that have been visited since last reboot showing, all others
are the default icon
