I see that it says libreoffice is "not installed" so could you please
provide some additional information..

* Did you install this via snap? If so, what is the output of `snap info 
libreoffice`
* If you didn't install the snap, then could you please provide the output of 
`dpkg -l | grep libreoffice`

Title:
  libreoffice doesn't start

Status in libreoffice package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  None of the LibreOffice applications will start. I've tried from the
  application launcher and terminal.

  There is no output from the terminal.

  Sometimes I get a white square in the centre of the screen.

  I can't find any log files in order to get any useful details. Is
  there a way to enable logging?
