PolicyKit Authentication Agent Not responding error upon shutown.

Bug description:
Binary package hint: policykit-1-gnome
When attempting to shutdown, an error message comes up which says:
"A program is still running, PolicyKit Authentication Agent Not
responding"
The system does not shutdown unless a second or third attempt is made
to shutdown the system.
