The report lacks basic informmations like the Ubuntu version and desktop environment you are using. Could you also log in after the issue and do a 'journalctl -b 0' and add the log to the bug?

Is there a way to fix this? I tried reinstalling the gnome-center, but it doensn't work and no drivers missing.
