Headset not working

Bug description:
When I plug the headset in and when the gnome "Select Audio Devices" pop-up
and select "Headset" (rather than Headphones), the sound doesn't go through.
But when I select "Headphones" it does.
The only way I can get sound coming through the Headset is by choosing
"Headphones" and manually select the Headset mic in the sound settings to have
my headset working properly. This issue appears in 20.04. I didn't have this
issue before I upgrade from 19.10 (and previous releases).
