In particular this fixes an autopkgtest failure where U+2236 RATIO was

the hour and minute in the GNOME Shell clock being reversed in the
Hebrew locale.

The update has updated translations and version number, translations
are part of langpacks and not shipped with the update so it leaves the
version string to verify
