Hello Sebastien, or anyone else affected, Accepted gnome-desktop3 into groovy-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome- desktop3/3.38.3-0ubuntu1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
