Screen not locked when coming out of suspend/hibernate

Bug description:
When returning from Suspend, Desktop content is visible whitout having
to log in.
1. Suspend the computer by closing the lid on the laptop)
2. Resume the computer by open lid
3. Desctop content is visible without having to log in.
