  Screen contents visible when switching between logged in users using
  CTrl + Alt + Fx

Bug description:
  The screen contents is briefly visible when switching between logged
  in user accounts using Ctrl + Alt + Fx shortcuts.

  To reproduce, 
  1. Create two user accounts.
  2. Log in to the first user account.
  3. Switch to the login window using Ctrl + Alt + F1
  4. Log in to the second user account.
  5. Wait until the screen lock enables on the first account.
  6. Switch to the first account using Ctrl + Alt + F2.

  The screen contents on the first account will be visible for about a
  second before the screen lock login prompt is displayed.
