in again, does the problem still happen?

login into desktop is stuttering on wayland

Bug description:
Ubuntu 21.04 devel with kernel 5.11.0-13-generic up to date @ 3/4/2021
Login from gdm till desktop is loaded gives stuttering mousepointer and dock
(for 7 seconds)
loading until the desktop icons are visible, then the stuttering goes away
and the desktop
works stable after
comparing this on xorg, things get much smoother loading into desktop
