The Tweaks app doesn't work with extensions anymore. Please disable the
extensions using the app called 'Extensions', then log out and log in
again and tell us if the problem is fixed. If it's not fixed by that
then please attach a screenshot of the resulting desktop by pressing
PrtScn.

login into desktop is stuttering on wayland

Bug description:
Ubuntu 21.04 devel with kernel 5.11.0-13-generic up to date @ 3/4/2021
Login from gdm till desktop is loaded gives stuttering mousepointer and dock
(for 7 seconds)
loading until the desktop icons are visible, then the stuttering goes away
and the desktop
works stable after
comparing this on xorg, things get much smoother loading into desktop
