Today is Jan. 20, 2022 When trying to install a downloaded .deb file, I have tried several including ones I installed previously that worked, ubuntu software gives this error message - Failed to install file: not supported. My test computer hasn't had the recent updates applied and Ubuntu software will install .deb files. This is obviously an issue with the recent updates.
