Public bug reported:
libhandy-1 1.5.91-2 breaks the Dark Theme experience a bit. We need to update
the Dark theme switcher in gnome-control-center to also set gsettings
org.gnome.desktop.interface color-scheme 'prefer-dark'
Then people will get the expected behavior by toggling Light then Dark.
GNOME developers will be happy too.

We might want to handle people using a dark theme that upgrade to Ubuntu 22.04
but that will need to be a different bug.
