Bug description:
libhandy-1 1.5.91-2 breaks the Dark Theme experience a bit. We need to
update the Dark theme switcher in gnome-control-center to also do the
equivalent of
gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.interface color-scheme 'prefer-dark'
Then people will get the expected behavior by toggling Light then Dark. GNOME
developers will be happy too.
