Thanks for the bug report.

"failed to enable link training" would probably be a kernel error logged
by the graphics driver. So that may be a kernel/driver bug, or if you
use an external monitor then maybe a cable problem.

Next time the problem happens please reboot as usual and then:

1. Run:

   journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt

2. Attach the resulting text file here.

3. Run:

   apport-collect 1965699

4. Look in /var/crash for crash files and if found run:

   ubuntu-bug YOURFILE.crash

Then tell us the ID of the newly-created bug.

5. If step 4 failed then look at https://errors.ubuntu.com/user/ID where
ID is the content of file /var/lib/whoopsie/whoopsie-id on the machine.
Do you find any links to recent problems on that page? If so then please
send the links to us.

Bug description:
I have an Asus Zenbook Duo, with an Intel Core i5-10210U with a mix of both
integrated and dedicated graphics.
My dedicated graphics is an Nvidia Geforce MX250.

About every two times I shut the lid of my laptop, I get no desktop
