@Fedon: I think this is an issue which should be better reported to GNOME upstream. But gnome-control-center is probably not the correct project, since gnome-control-center just sets the dconf value in question, while the problem is that that value is no longer honored in x11 sessions. So it would be good if you could submit an upstream issue:

The problem is that I can use the keyboard shortcut on a local machine; however, I have to use the mouse for a remote desktop, since the key combination is captured by the local machine in this case. Wayland seems to work OK in this respect.
