The input issues were upstream-wise already fixed some months ago (See for this https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libei/-/issues/46, https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/mutter/-/merge_requests/3273).
First, update your system. According to your Dependencies.txt log, you use an old version of mutter, while the current one (45.2) already gets rid one source of that bug (Ubuntu appears to ship mutter-45.2). Always update your system before reporting a bug. The other sources of input bugs in g-r-d and libei were fixed in g-r-d-45.1 and libei-1.2.0. These releases were already done some time ago, but the Ubuntu Desktop Team did not push these updates to Ubuntu, which Ubuntu is notorious for. I suggest you to nag the Ubuntu Desktop Team to push these updates.
