The crash from the previous comment is in libnvidia-vulkan-producer.so
so also a nvidia driver issue, I'm reassigning

The rational is on bug #2061830 but basically the new version was
available too late in the cycle to be properly tested before release but
it will enabled there once we have confidence it's working correctly
