The Settings windows will not respond to mouse click after performing
some specific touchscreen operations within it

Bug description:
[Summary]
If we do some specific opration in the setting dialog by touchscreen, for
example: use touchsreen to select Settings->Power->Power Saving->Screen
Blank->10 minutes(or other time), the settings windows will stop responding to
any other mouse opration, no matter touchpad, trackpoint or any other mouse.
Some gnome-shell errors could be found in kernel log:

This issue can be reproduced by Thinkpad E16 Gen2 and Thinkpad P16s
Gen 3.

[Steps to reproduce]
Open Settings->Power->Poer Saving->Screen Blank. Use the touchscreen to
change the blank time. After that, the Settings windows will stop respond to
other mouse click operation except the touchscreen.
[Expected result]
The mouse operation should alwasy work well
[Actual result]
The mouse operation will stop response after some specific touchscreen
operation.
