Is it really necessary? The snaps do have access to /run/user/$UID/doc/, as you can confirm by entering file:///run/user/1000/doc in the address bar. 2: > /run/pcscd/pcscd.comm wr, This is already present in the pcscd interface[1], but indeed neither Firefox nor Chromium have a slot for it, so I'm adding them now. I'll wait for this to be built and released and then probably proceed to bug you again to determine 3 and 4, as the one card I have uses a Java applet that completely sidesteps the problem here described so I can't test any fix myself.
