Ubuntu 24.04 LTS
2) The version of the package you are using, via 'apt-cache policy
pkgname' or by checking in Software Center
gnome-initial-setup 46.0-1ubuntu6 and 46.2-1ubuntu2~ppa2 in
ppa:ubuntu-desktop/oem
3) What you expected to happen
The background image during the OOBE is the default Ubuntu background
image.
4) What happened instead
The background image during the OOBE has only blue.
