To provide extra context on why the request is coming now, the MIR was opened in June but blocked on security review until some days ago

This change thus adds wsdd as a Recommended dependency. wsdd itself received a MIR ack, including a security review. It is confined by AppArmor by default. Adding this dependency would not impact other parts of the system, other than exposing an additional functionality in Nautilus. I've verified that with wsdd installed Nautilus sees the Windows 11 host on my local network. The actual browsing of the SMB share is not part of the wsdd functionality, who's role is merely that of discovery.
