Hello Maxim, or anyone else affected, Accepted gnome-control-center into noble-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-control- center/1:46.4-0ubuntu0.24.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
