Public bug reported:

I'm not sure of the package in this bug, so I selected mutter and will
let you decide.

I was running xorg, but decided to give wayland a try. I logged out,
logged in into a wayland session, adjusted my screen resolution and
scaling to my liking, and thought that was it.

But turns out I now can't move my existing (or new) desktop icons
(folders, in this case), past an invisible barrier on the right. I have
attached a screen grab showing the problem.

My display settings are:
2880x1800 (16:10)
90Hz
Scale 125%
Fractional scaling: enabled
