Symlink won't work, it takes different arguments. The rsvg command has been deprecated for a long time. I'm inclined to follow upstream and debian on this one and not do anything to the precise package since rsvg was a kludge to begin with. It doesn't really make sense to write a new kludge to implement an old kludge which in turn was written to implement an even older tool.
