** Also affects: evolution via https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=620139 Importance: Unknown Status: Unknown -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to evolution in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/197119 Title: evolution message filters: only first action is performed Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool: Unknown Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: Binary package hint: evolution Ubuntu 7.10 evolution 2.12.1 Using IMAP mail I added a new filter with criteria: Sender: Contains: [email protected] And for the actions, i set: Move to folder: folderName Set Status: Read Expected Results: All messages that match the criteria get moved to the folder, and are marked as read. Actual Results: When the filter gets applied, it only moves to the folder, but does not mark the message as read. I tried swapping the order of the actions, to mark as read first, then move to the folder. When I do this, the filter successfully marks as read, but does not move the message to the other folder. It's like it only performs the first action in the list.
