fixed in newer versions of Ubuntu, and Jaunty is EOL, so I am closing
this bug task.

2.16.1 contained in Jaunty has a bug with spinbuttons which causes F-Spot to
misbehave when changing tag icon.
This bug has been fixed in 2.16.2.
