fixed in newer versions of Ubuntu, and Jaunty is EOL, so I am closing
this bug task.

Binary package hint: apport
In bug 382398 the report has run apport-collect however their language
is set to LANG=ru_RU.UTF-8 subsequently some of the command output has
Russian in it like so:

It'd be a bit easier for triagers and developers if this were in
English instead.
Also is there anyway we could get this in an SRU for apport?
