Last-Used timers have been fixed in the Lucid release, if I'm not
mistaken. That's definitely properly fixed in Precise at least :)
I'll close this as Fix Released -- please comment if this is still
reproducible in one of the releases of Lucid or later; specifying
exactly in which release the problem can be seen. Thanks!

NetworkManager Applet 0.7.996
In the edit screen of NM, the Mobile Broadband connection (Huawei
Stick) status is shown as 'Last Used - 9 days ago' while it is
actually connected and running.
Attempting to edit the connection requests a pswd which it normally
doesn't do. Entering a pswd or not results in an error: 'Error
initialising editor, insufficient privalegs'
