Title:
no stop button(!) and eject disabled too
Status in “totem” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Binary package hint: totem
Watching a DVD. When I'm done I want to stop. But there is no stop
button, just a Pause.
Figured this was some Shuttleworth dictate (like the window buttons
moving left -- which I now like) that I'd have to get used to, but
after a long while I still think it's silly/unhelpful. Especially as
the Eject item in the File menu is greyed out (presumably because the
disk is in use in "pause" state...shame there's no stop button..oh..).
Of course you can quit "Movie player" (ah, it's really called totem, I
find out on reporting this) and re-start it, but that's not elegant.
Please add a stop button.
