Do you mean to change parent pom to use the newer version of Apache parent pom?
IMO, upgrading parent pom to the newer Apache version should be done in a
separate commit. Changes to the codestyle-config pom.xml are completely
independent.
Changes to shaded-ning will require publishing new shaded-ning version.
