Move from HTMLArea to Xinha

The used HTMLArea as webbased editor is no longer actively maintained [1]. We
should switch to Xinha [2]. It's an Opensource WYSIWYG HTML editor with a
licence [3] based on BSD license.
Can somebody with more knowledge have a look at the license and agree if it's
usable for cocoon?
