You are right, the behavior changes. I will undo some modifications on HBase
patch. I think this behavior should be revised taking into account scans,
default values, etc. I find inconsistent the behavior shown by now.
In the case of HBase -my patch will be reverted-, data was retrieved and if
null, checked the row existance with the method exists() from HBase.
Am I wrong when talking about default values and the change of behavior (in the
future) of get()?
