For what it's worth, from my work with Harmony, I've seen that maintaining a
high patch application rate provides an enormous boost to contributions. The
more people see their patches being applied and released, the more they'll
contribute.

In any case, is there anything that contributors can do to help prioritize,
categorize or whatever to help out? That is besides trying to include tests,
etc.
