The fix for Issue TRINIDAD-1708 introduced a new bug. Some horizontal and
vertical border lines are not drawn, regardless of the xxxGridVisible attribute
settings. See the attached screenshot.
In the first tree table, the bottom line of the header is drawn for the node
stamp only. For the remaining columns it is not drawn. In this case, I set
horizontalGridVisible to false.
In the second table (a plain tr:table, no xxxGridVisible attributes are set),
the top and bottom line of the header is not drawn. Also no right border is
drawn. Sometimes the bottom line is missing between two rows, too. The table
inside the detailStamp is drawn correctly (in this case).
