Okay, that was may be a false alarm and my fault.
Because the font size is too big (for my taste) and I was unable to reduce it
with the new skin, I just zoomed out the page. I didn't remember that as I took
the screenshot. If I switch back to normal view size, all lines in the second
table are drawn correctly.
I tried this with Firefox. If I enable "Zoom text only", the lines will always
drawn correctly (in the second table), regardless of the zoom level. So it's
the usual problem of resizing images: you'll loos information.

> The fix for Issue TRINIDAD-1708 introduced a new bug. Some horizontal and
> vertical border lines are not drawn, regardless of the xxxGridVisible
> attribute settings. See the attached screenshot.
> In the first tree table, the bottom line of the header is drawn for the node
> stamp only. For the remaining columns it is not drawn. In this case, I set
> horizontalGridVisible to false.
> In the second table (a plain tr:table, no xxxGridVisible attributes are set),
> the top and bottom line of the header is not drawn. Also no right border is
> drawn. Sometimes the bottom line is missing between two rows, too. The table
> inside the detailStamp is drawn correctly (in this case).
